What's your media diet? With so many great articles, podcasts, and videos out there today it's easy to get lost in the abyss. This blog attempts to filter the quality away from the garbage, and is intended for those who share my passion for learning, and love for a good piece of brainfood.

New episode of Brain Food Dude podcast out now
This week we finally have our own theme song!
Listen to the podcast now, or subscribe on itunes.
I've really been enjoying the show over the past few weeks. Frank Bruni is to food what you are to Brainfood. But I must say, you (and even Dan) seem like the kinds of dudes who cannot only find, edit, critique, and deliver quality Brainfood, but also teh kind of dudes who could probably whip up some pretty tasty homemade brainfood yourselves. Just an idea. If you ever want to share some home-baked brainfood, I think the Brainfood nation would be happy to dig in.
Also, one of the things I love about podcasts is that I can feed my brain doing other things like working, snowboarding, or shaving cats. The Brainfood dude must spend a lot of time listening to podcasts, and I'm wondering what else does he do while scanning the bandwidth for brainfood?
Finally, I hadn't had a chance to listen to the 2/10 episode of BFD until now. That article about running was amazing. Who would have known running barefoot = utopia?!
